When ordering from Paws Up Pet Supply you will receive two confirmation emails from us. The first one is an email receipt for your order. The second email will be a conformation that your order has been shipped. A tracking number for your order will be sent with this email if applicable. All orders are packaged and shipped 1-5 days from when you order. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact our Customer Service Department. Be sure to include your full name and your order number in the email.
Paws Up Pet Supply uses a address verification system for your safety. Your billing addresses much match your address on your credit card. If they do not match your credit card will be declined. Again this is for our customer's safety.
Payment Methods:
Paws Up Pet Supply accepts Visa & MasterCard Credit Cards. We also accept PayPal. When you get to the checkout process it will ask you if you would like to pay with PayPal or a credit card (Authorize.net). We also accept checks and money orders. If you would like to use a check or money order for payment contact us for our offline order form and directions on how to use it.
Sales Tax:
Any order shipped to an Colorado Mailing address is assessed a 7.8% sales tax. The sales tax is automatically computed into the checkout process if you ship to an Colorado mailing address.
Canceling An Order:
We apologize but once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it may be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.
Address Corrections:
When placing your order make sure your address is complete and correct. If an address is incorrect the shipping carrier charges us $5.00 for the adress correction. To recover the costs, we will charge your credit card. |
